My back doesn't hurt. Why do I need to see a Chiropractor?
Symptoms are often the last thing to appear when your body is in need of adjusting. Chiropractic provides more than helping eliminate aches and pains, it does balance your entire body, so it becomes a lifestyle choice, much like eating fresh fruit and veggies, drinking water, and exercising regularly. You can have nerve impingement without any obvious symptoms. Lots of patients take advantage of regular chiropractic care because it can help you to relieve stress, boost your immune system, and make your body perform better.
What do I need to bring with me?
Bring your drivers license or identification card, your insurance information (if you plan to utilize insurance,) and a list of any medications you are taking. If you know you have a copay, you should come prepared to pay that. We accept cash, checks, and credit/debit cards.
How much does it cost?
The goal of our office is to make chiropractic care affordable for everyone. Depending on the type of insurance, you have you may not have to pay anything. Give our office a call (734-241-4070) and let us verify your insurance details for you and explain payment options.
Why does the Chiropractor want to see me so often?
When you are first starting your Chiropractic care, your muscles usually have to start holding your spine a little differently. At first your muscles will not hold the adjustment long, but the more you advance in your care, so the more adjustments you have had, the longer your muscles will start to hold the vertebrae in their new, aligned positions. Seeing patients frequently at the beginning of their care ensures the work being done does not go to waste.
